I was born in Mogoro January 31, 1939, at that time it was the province of Cagliari and Oristano is now. Seventh and last child of a family of farmers. My childhood, to be optimistic, it was very difficult because I grew up in the years 40-45, or the years of World War II and the postwar period was certainly not easy. I attended the High School in Oristano and then I joined to ‚University of Cagliari before the Faculty of Law and Letters then. Since I am a resourceful person in the same years at the University I applied for the 28th Course Reserve officer, and in the same year I was a substitute teacher letters of the 3rd Media – the State School of Tortoli in the detached section of fleecy. The school year ended brilliantly and the headmaster asked me to continue a career as a professor, but in August of 1960 I was sent to Pius Cesano di Roma and Lecce 28 ° CAUC and decided to continue a career in the army.
In May of 1961 I became a Second Lieutenant in the Infantry Brigade Sassari in 1964 and Lieutenant-Captain nel1968. I was only in 1971 Transferred to the Military Command at Cagliari in Sardinia where I stayed until 1989 getting regular promotions such as Major and Lieutenant Colonel. My career in ‚army ended with the transfer to the military district of Cagliari, where I was promoted to the rank of Colonel, and went to the board July 1, 1996.

However I could not resign myself to life as a pensioner then from 1988 to 2004 I was the Regional Manager FIGH (Italian Handball Federation). Also from ’88 to ’96, I held the position of Secretary and Regional Director from ’96 to 2004, the highest office of the Regional President of the federation. Then … off to the young!

I have a wonderful wife with whom I have traveled the world, we have three children and three grandchildren.
For work I have always used the computer but especially now that I’m retired I delight in the use of new technologies. I manage my online bank accounts and do all payments through the Internet. I like to shop online and spend part of the day on Facebook and You Tube, where listening gladly De Andrè and other songwriters. I do not care whatever political color they are, but I always keep informed. Use the internet often to inquire about my health problems. I am a good user of Wikipedia and found found a good program to play (free) in texas poker, and so in addition to inform me I enjoy it.

Sono nato a Mogoro il 31 gennaio 1939, in quel tempo era provincia di Cagliari e ora di Oristano. Settimo ed ultimo figlio di una famiglia di agricoltori. La mia infanzia, ad essere ottimista, è stata molto difficile perché sono cresciuto negli anni 40-45, ovvero gli anni della seconda guerra mondiale e il periodo post bellico non fu certo più semplice. Ho frequentato il Liceo Classico a  Oristano e successivamente mi sono iscritto all’ Università di Cagliari  prima nella Facoltà di Giurisprudenza e poi di Lettere. Poiché sono una persona intraprendente negli stessi anni dell’Università ho fatto la domanda per il 28° Corso di Ufficiale di complemento, e nello stesso anno sono stato insegnante supplente di lettere della 3° Media – della Scuola Media Statale di Tortolì nella sezione staccata di Lanusei.

L’anno scolastico terminò brillantemente e la Preside mi chiese di continuare la carriera come professore ma  agosto del 1960 fui mandato Lecce e Pio Cesano di Roma 28° CAUC e li decisi di continuare la carriera nell’esercito.

A maggio del 1961 diventai Sottotenente di fanteria nella Brigata Sarrari, nel 1964-Tenente e nel1968 Capitano. Solo nel 1971 venni Trasferito a Cagliari  presso il Comando Militare della Sardegna dove rimasi fino al 1989 ottenendo regolari promozioni quali Maggiore e Tenente Colonnello. La mia carriera nell’ esercito terminò con il trasferimento al distretto militare di Cagliari, dove venni promosso al grado di Colonnello, e andai in pensione il 1 luglio 1996.

Tuttavia non potevo rassegnarmi alla vita da pensionato quindi dal 1988 al 2004 sono stato Dirigente Regionale della F.I.G.H.( federazione Italiana Giuoco Handball). Inoltre dal ‘88 al ‘96 ho ricoperto la carica di Segretario e Consigliere Regionale dal ‘96 al 2004 la massima carica di Presidente Regionale della federazione. Poi …largo ai giovani!

Ho una moglie meravigliosa con cui ho girato il mondo perché amiamo viaggiare, tre figli e 3 nipoti.

Per lavoro ho sempre utilizzato il computer ma soprattutto adesso che sono in pensione mi diletto nell’utilizzo delle nuove tecnologie. Gestisco i miei conti bancari on line ed faccio tutti i pagamenti tramite internet. Mi piace fare acquisti on line e trascorro parte della giornata su facebook e su You Tube, dove ascolto molto volentieri De Andrè ed altri cantautori. Non mi interessano i politici di qualunque colori essi siano ma mi tengo sempre informato. Utilizzo internet spesso per informarmi sui miei problemi di salute. Sono un buon utente di Wikipedia e ho trovato trovato un buon programma per giocare(gratis) a texas poker e così oltre a informarmi mi diverto.
